It’s easy to get overheated working in a fast-paced restaurant. That’s why for Pok Pok’s signature uniforms we went with a lightweight, breathable denim inspired by the Mo hom, a traditional indigo-dyed Thai shirt. These stylish and simple, solid colored uniforms pay homage to Thai daily life, while also complimenting the bright, pattern-rich decor of Pok Pok’s multiple Portland restaurants.
