INDUSTRY hit us up with a special request for custom cushions for their gallery/office space; a place that fosters creativity and collaboration during their weekly Monday ‘all-hands’ meetings and more.

Since the Portland based creative agency is known for their innovative approach to branding and design, PGF linked up with Studio Howard to design uniquely sustainable "sit-upons" that reflect our respective commitments to working outside the box! What resulted is sturdy and functional with a mix of saturated color "fabric paintings". Each cushion face is different from the next, created using scraps from past PGF projects and are designed by Studio Howard to invoke 90's zine culture married to franetic, modern-era multimedia art. All cushions are stuffed with pulverized factory scraps, the result of PGF's zero-waste manufacturing initiative. 

The collaboration between our studio and INDUSTRY has resulted in a successful transformation of INDUSTRY’s office space. The upcycled cushions turned the space into a comfortable, dynamic, sustainable, and visually appealing place that their employees, clients, and guests can now enjoy!
